Step 1: French Braid the hair along the center, going halfway down your head, and secure with a clear elastic band

Step 2: Split the remaining hair into two sections. Clip one section (you can see my purple clip holding the farther section). Split the remaining hair into two equal parts and twist each section in the same direction. It doesn’t matter which direction, but they need to be twisting the same way.

Step 3 Create a rope braid by twisting the two sections together in the opposite direction they were twisted in step 2 and secure with a clear elastic band.

Step 4 Randomly pin the rope braid above to the nape of your neck. This is where you decide what shape you want and how you want the bun to look

Step 5 Repeat steps 2–4 on the other side making sure to mesh the buns together when you put up that second bun
